15.nostalgia 有两个好处：
(1)修复朋友家关系的功能，如果朋友间有 conflict，disagreement，可以通过怀旧来消除 anger。举例：我和我朋友又争吵、disagreement，我们都很生气 angry。后来我听到一首歌，想起我们一起听音乐会的经历。我给她打电话，说我 miss her。后来，我们就不生气了。
（2）消除 lonel、unhappy 。有时候，自己独处时，会感觉 lonely、sad 。怀旧就能不让你这样。举例： 一个人找到了新工作，感觉很孤独 lonely，unhappy 。她看了家庭照片 family photo ,后来就不再那么伤心了。
